Compuserve Systems was started in the year 1989 as a software development company with the strategic intent of providing customized software solutions to the industry. At a time when packaged financial accounting solutions were not available Compuserve was set up with the intention of meeting the latent FAS demand in and around Ahmedabad.

Compuserve Systems was started as a proprietorship firm and was subsequently converted into a Pvt. Ltd. Co. (Under the Companys act 1953) in the year 1992 to address the needs of rapid growth of the company, augmenting additional resources and constitution of a technically and financially sound board.

Iris Spectra Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Compuserve) today is present in two verticals one office automation segment & other wellness & training segment.

In office automation segment we are Gujarat distributor for Panasonic range of Faxs, MFDs & also associated with RICOH copiers & RISO duplicators.

In wellness & training segment we have a chain of LAKME SALONS 4 in Ahmedabad & 1 in Baroda. Apart from this we also have VLCC training institute in Baroda & Talwalkar GYM in Ahmedabad.
